KEY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM- TRUKEE

Sterna Trukee is a unique activity based Key management system. Giving complete live control to system admin to monitor planned activities also monitor live key movements. It can perform its all operations without a need of PC as this is selfsufficient device. Local PC for admin & monitoring can be used. Full audit trail of activities, Keys will be retained in device and PC.

TRUKEE - Real mechanical Key copy of cylinder is in the Key Box, Only Real Key Inserted and turned is recognized, Unauthorized removal is not possible and return is validated. Authorization of user can be on 3 separate mechanism – PIN PAD based, Card Reader based, Lumidigm Biometric Reader based (optional).

Key Features
  • Secures Original Key & Monitors mapped activities, People are assigned to tasks and not keys.
  • Operate on real time mode or batch mode
  • Provides detailed usage on every key as to who took the key and when it was returned.
  • It will also send alarms over software or physically if it is tampered or not returned within stipulated timings
  • Authentication system works on - Proximity Card Reader based, PIN Pad Based, BioMetric (Lumidigm) based. Combination of any two of them can be implemented for secure authentication
